SVC Limited was founded in 1990 by two systems programmers and software developers, Bill Yu and T.L. So. They based their business approach on the belief that companies here in East Asia would prefer quality software products that are backed up by quality local technical support.

SVC has offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia, covering Greater China (Hong Kong, Taiwan & the PRC) and several ASEAN countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and The Philippines).
